The VIII Galicia Energy Awards recognize professionals and innovative projects that stand out for their contribution to energy efficiency

The Association of Industrial Engineers of Galicia, with the collaboration of the College of Industrial Engineers of Galicia, awarded the VIII Galicia Energy Awards, which went to:

Slowlight – Best Performance of Awareness in Energy Matters

Siel Vigo – Best Lighting Project,

Navantia – Best Innovation Project,

Soltec Ingenieros – Best Energy Efficiency Project,

EiDF Solar – Best Renewable Energy Project, and

Enercraft – Best Entrepreneurial Project

The VIII Galicia Energy Awards recognize the best professionals, projects and initiatives that contribute to the dissemination, promotion and implementation of good practices aimed at achieving a more sustainable society thanks to energy innovation.

After having had to celebrate the previous gala in a virtual format due to the covid, the eighth edition became a long-awaited reunion. Thus, dozens of members and associates did not miss this meeting in which they paid tribute to professionals in the sector for their work.

Likewise, the gala was attended by the delegate of the Government in Galicia, José Miñones Conde; the director of Industry and Energy of the Government Delegation, Javier Domínguez González; the mayor of Ferrol, Ángel Mato, the General Director of Energy Planning and Natural Resources of the Xunta, Paula Uría Traba and the vice-rector of the University of Ferrol, María Jesús Movilla, among other authorities.
